<p><strong>Hiring now # IT Analyst Developer_Odoo</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Join the IW Express Team!</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Role Summary</p><p><br></p><p>The IT Analyst Developer will be responsible for analyzing customer needs and business processes to design business solutions with detailed requirements. You will be designing technical solutions based on the FRD from our analysts, developing custom modules into Odoo ERP system, and developing systems while ensuring functional QC. You will also review the code and ensure its stability, reliability, and performance. Additionally, you will analyze issues, errors, and debug.</p><p><br></p><p>Tasks</p><ul><li>Analyze customers’ needs and business processes to design business solutions with detailed requirements</li><li>Design technical solutions based on the FRD from our analysts</li><li>Develop custom modules into Odoo ERP system</li><li>Develop systems and ensure functional QC</li><li>Review code &amp; ensure its stability, reliability, &amp; performance</li><li>Analyze issues, errors &amp; debug</li><li>Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live</li><li>Formalize technical specification of the system</li><li>Deliver functional training</li><li>Support/assist customers to ensure customer satisfaction with new system/software</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Knowledge/Skills</p><p><br></p><ul><li>3-6 years’ experience as Business/System Analyst/Developer</li><li>Engineering/IT-related degree is an advantage</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle) is required. Knowledge of Odoo is a plus.</li><li>Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of OOP languages (Python, JS, etc.)</li><li>Experience with DB Query (MySQL, Oracle, Postgre)</li><li>Experience with Git/Repository management</li><li>Experience with OS (Win, Linux, Unix)</li><li>Experience with website/POS/Mobile Dev is an advantage</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Interested applicants, please forward CV to <strong>hr@innerworks-kw.com</strong></p>
