<p>Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities, and for generating new revenues by working strategically within named key accounts in Public Sector as well as O&amp;G sector towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company targets. This role is sales-driven involving complete multi-level selling within the account.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Establish, develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within the named strategic key accounts.</li><li>Be the Company’s ICT market expert.</li><li>Proactively develop new relationships across the key accounts.</li><li>Build relationships with key people and manage their perception and high expectation.</li><li>Identify new opportunities for business growth and highlight to Business Head and CEO.</li><li>Establish plans to increase revenues/profit from the existing named key accounts.</li><li>Generate and update weekly pipeline to reflect accurate information to management.</li><li>Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all submitted proposals/tenders.</li><li>Insures meeting or exceeding all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Customer/market orientated</li><li>Writing Proposals and answers RFPs technically</li><li>Results orientated</li><li>Ability to develop and evolve long-term strategies while driving tactical projects</li><li>Demonstrable strategic thinking skills, thinking creatively to develop non-traditional solutions to complex business challenges</li><li>Clear commercial mind set, constantly focusing on delivering value to customers</li><li>Can quickly identify where the value is and how to get to it</li><li>7-10 years of sales experience in related industry (ICT).</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or telecommunication engineering or a similar discipline, with relevant experience.</li><li>Priority for Kuwaiti Nationals</li></ul>
