The company was founded on May 29, 1933 and is headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an individual to join the Strategic Expat Talent Acquisition Unit (SETA) within the Staffing Services function at This Company as a Search Partner. SETA is the in- house executive search team responsible for delivering high level and critical/niche search engagements. The position will report to the Head, Strategic Expat Talent Acquisition and is based in Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the delivery of end-to-end search engagements for strategic expatriate requirements, serving as the primary interface between SETA and internal hiring organizations.</li> <li>Partner closely with internal hiring organizations on their most strategic expatriate requirements, establishing SETA as a trusted business partner.</li> <li>Lead research activities for specific search engagements, utilizing various tools and channels to identify prospective candidates for strategic expat requirements.</li> <li>Represent the company at industry events and network extensively to build a network of prospective candidates for This Company.</li> <li>Develop and maintain discipline-specific talent pools and talent communities.</li> <li>Engage with candidates directly or through overseas subsidiary recruitment offices, ensuring the effective articulation of the employee value proposition.</li> <li>Ensure a seamless candidate progression through the recruitment process, facilitating informed decision-making regarding employment with the company.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hiring organizations, HR/recruitment teams, and overseas subsidiary recruitment offices to facilitate timely talent acquisition.</li> <li>Engage with external stakeholders, such as executive search consultancies and service providers, to deliver their services effectively.</li> <li>Lead and participate in assessment interventions to assess candidate fit for strategic expat requirements.</li> <li>Oversee candidate offer processes, ensuring clear communication of offer elements to stakeholders and closing out offer processes.</li> <li>Manage search engagement information and ensure accuracy, completeness, and currency of candidate information.</li> <li>Provide high-level advisory services to internal hiring organizations regarding organizational development, talent acquisition strategies, candidate assessment methodologies, compensation and benefits policy, and the global talent marketplace.</li> <li>Formulate and maintain short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans to deliver accountabilities and provide scheduled and ad hoc reports to support recruitment processes and personal/team accountabilities.</li> <li>Travel domestically and internationally as required, at short notice, to network with candidates, support internal hiring organizations, and engage with stakeholders abroad.</li><br></ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline. An MBA or Master’s degree in a business discipline or human resources would be an advantage.</li> <li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in executive recruitment, preferably including experience in retained executive search as an executive search consultant or researcher.</li> <li>Deep knowledge of contemporary talent sourcing principles and a track record of utilizing talent sourcing tools and channels effectively.</li> <li>Strong exposure to HR policy interpretation and application of sophisticated compensation and benefits frameworks.</li> <li>Experience in recruiting within the Oil and Gas industry or analogous sectors, with preference given to those with exposure to the Arabian Gulf/Middle East region.</li> <li>Gravitas, credibility, and superb communication skills to provide high-touch engagement to senior-level hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple and competing stakeholder requirements.</li> <li>Solid commercial acumen with advanced negotiation skills.</li> <li>Strong integrity, honesty, and ethics.</li></ul>
