<strong>Lean And Brilliant Shop Repair Manager</strong><p><br></p><strong>Do you enjoy being part of a successful team?</strong><p><br></p><strong>Partner with the best</strong><p><br></p>Lean And Brilliant Shop Repair Manager is accountable to drive the Local Service Shop organization on all aspects related to Brilliant Operations, both on Lean as well as Digital transformation.<p><br></p><strong>As a Lean And Brilliant Shop Repair Manager you will be responsible for:</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li>Leading and defining Brilliant Programs for the Shop accordingly to Network overall framework and strategy</li><li>Leveraging on Lean Tools/Methodology to redesign critical processes, screening needs with stakeholders, assess business benefits, develop and rollout final products</li><li>Coaching &amp; training local teams in the use of Lean tools and the simplification methodology to drive significant business impact</li><li>Leading execution and delivery of Brilliant projects for the shop:</li><li>Training and supporting operations to 6S implementation and adoption</li><li>Using VSM (Value Stream Map) &amp; 3P (Production Preparation Process) to focus and drive improvement as per shop strategy deployment</li><li>Setting up and organizing Lean/Kaizen Action Workout: preparation, execution and follow up, applying Lean methodology and tools</li><li>Defining a consolidated action plan to implement new designs and solutions agreed during Lean Events</li><li>Capturing lessons learned as well as new improvements ideas to fine tune identified solutions</li><li>Preparing business cases for proposed programs supporting strategic prioritization (Shop vs. Network)</li><li>Building and maintaining a detailed program plan, monitoring execution with adequate project KPIs, and report to upper management on execution status</li><li>Supporting and Influencing the Digital Transformation connected to Network overall work streams, maintaining focus on standardization, and leveraging contemporary IT capabilities.</li><li>Acting as Culture Change Agent. Support operations in operationalizing Brilliant transformation, including change management &amp; adoption support and monitoring <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Fuel your passion</strong><p><br></p>To be successful in this role you will:<p><br><br></p><ul><li>Have Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university (Engineering or equivalent)</li><li>Have minimum 1.5 years of previous experience in Lean position</li><li>Have solid expertise in quality, lean or 6 Sigma</li><li>Have Formal Lean Training or certification is preferred</li><li>Have Strong communication skills within a cross-functional environment</li><li>Have strong promoter of the collaboration culture</li><li>Have analytical, process improvement and project management skills</li><li>Be Fluent in English<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Work in a way that works for you</strong><p><br></p>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
