Thus, they ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p>Our Ideal candidate is someone who is up to date on new development in the technology industry and work directly with other server and service owners to ensure reliability and sustainability of our system, networks, and service infrastructure. </p><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong experience in Cloud Administration and Implementation.</li><li>Experience in Linux Administration, including RHEL, CentOS, and Ubuntu servers.</li><li>Experience in Hyper-V, and VMware.</li><li>Good knowledge in scripts like PowerShell, and bash.</li><li>Load balancing and High availability experience.</li><li>Good knowledge in the installations and configuration of the web servers including Apache and IIS.</li><li> Good experience in (DNS, DHCP, Print Servers, and File Servers).</li><li> Good experience in Backup solutions, and Storage administration.</li><li> Good experience in Windows Clustering.</li><li> Good experience in Office 365, exchange online, and Azure AD.</li><li> Installing and manage SSL Certificates.</li><li> Knowledge of L2/L3 networking is required.</li><li> Good experience in Storage (Qnap or Managed storages).</li><li> Monitoring tools like Zabbix, Data Dog and Grafana.</li><li> Good experience in Forti Firewall &amp; security.</li><li> Good experience in NVR &amp; Security Cam.</li><li> Hands-on experience with Cisco and Aruba Switches and access points.</li><li> Experience with Microsoft tools, active directory, DCHP, DNS,</li><li> Previous experience with security background. (FortiGate FW).</li><li> Monitor system and network performance to provide solutions according to requirements.</li><li> Troubleshoot issues and outages to ensure business continuity.</li><li> Ensure security through access controls, vulnerability scans, antiviruses, monitoring logs, and firewalls.</li><li> Upgrade systems with new releases and models</li><li> Perform Server and VMs operations (Installation, live migration, import, export).</li><li> Ensures IT inventory is up to date and updated regularly, maintains adequate stock levels and carries out regular physical checks.</li><li>Develop and handle proper documentation for operational procedures and processes.</li><li>Monitor and assess the utilization and performance of different services and infrastructure systems (Hardware and software) regularly to ensure their effectiveness using monitoring tools or manually.</li><li>Recommend and ensure the standard implementation of policies, procedures and processes.</li><li>Deal with multiple incidents/tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Adapt working hours to fit agreed business requirement, which might include occasional overtime or weekend work.</li><li>Good Experience in Access Control.</li><li>Ensure ITIL standards and Service Management principles such as Incident Management, Change Management, and SLM to be applied.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues that may cross systems with complex applications that have multiple I/O to other complex systems.</li><li> Design and Developing Systems L3, Network and Security L2, Maintenance and Production Support L3, Performance Monitoring L2, Information Security L1, Backup and recovery L2, Cloud administration L4, Application Server Management L3, System Administration L3, DB Management L3.</li><li>Required Courses: CCNA, MCSE, Linux Basics,NS4, ITIL, Cloud services like (Azure, Google, Aws) will be A plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in any related field of studies</li><li>4+ years of relevant experience</li></ul>
