Job Description
<p>We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Agent/Broker to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing for clients, engaging prospects, and converting leads while providing guidance and assistance to clients in the buying, selling and renting of properties.</p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>Actively seek out new clients through networking and</p><p>marketing efforts.</p><p>Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in</p><p>marketing and purchasing properties</p><p>Prepare and present comparative market analysis</p><p>reports to clients</p><p>Guide clients through the negotiation process</p><p>Attend property closings and oversee document signing</p><p>Maintain and update listings of available properties</p><p>Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and</p><p>laws in the UAE</p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><p>Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent/Broker</p><p>in the UAE-MUST</p><p>Familiarity with the UAE real estate market and laws</p><p>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal</p><p>skill</p><p>Excellent sales and marketing abilities</p><p>Immediate resumption of work (within 1-2 days)</p><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p><p>Self-motivated and goal-oriented</p><p>Constantly demonstrate the desire and drive to</p><p>succeed</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Nice to have</u></strong></p><p>Valid UAE driving license</p><p> </p><p><strong><u>What we offer/Compensation</u></strong></p><p>This is a <strong>commission-based position</strong> with</p><p>unlimited earning potential.
