If this is you, welcome to our team!</em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Responsibilities</em></strong></p><ul><li>Quick processing of incoming requests from the company’s advertising channels.</li><li>Identification of customer needs and formation of commercial solutions for them.</li><li>Conducting showings of objects and closing deals, providing repeated requests and recommendations.</li><li>Work on selection with clients aimed at different price segments.</li><li>Implementation of the sales plan and work for the result.</li><li>Providing real estate investment consultations for clients.</li><li>Working with CRM system.</li><li>Formation of the workflow in accordance with effective company regulations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Qualifications</em></strong></p><ul><li>1 year experience in real estate sales – mandatory.</li><li>English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.</li><li>Fluency in one or more of these languages is required: Arabic, English, French, German, Russian, Italian, Spanish.</li><li>Selling skills and persuasion.</li><li>Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and understanding of the legal aspects of transactions.</li><li>High communication, organizational and management skills.</li><li>Analysis of the real estate market and the study of trends in its development.</li><li>Orientation in the area, operational movement.</li><li>Presentable appearance.</li><li>Self-confidence, ability to plan, decisiveness, commitment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Conditions</em></strong></p><ul><li>Attractive commission structure (up to 65%).</li><li>The commission is paid immediately.</li><li>Great strong team who know their stuff.</li><li>The flow of hot applications and constant lead generation.</li><li>Well-established CRM system.</li><li>Corporate mobile communication.</li><li>Flexible office hours.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>We are looking for candidates located in Dubai!</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>If this sounds like something that could be of interest to you then please feel free to reach out as we would love to be able to help you out!</span></p>
