Job Description

<p><span>Responsibility for ensuring proper coordination with designers, Documentation and material Library management, Quality and Standards expected by clients, whilst ensuring all projects are commercially viable and in line with client requirements.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Upgrading and arranging the library with new up to date information and update schedules of suppliers and ensure the database is updated.</span></li><li><span>Assist the Design Team in choosing the appropriate FF&amp;E items from the Library.</span></li><li><span>Liaise with the Design team to ensure the project is coordinated between the FF&amp;E information and from the Clients information.</span></li><li><span>Prepare and coordinate all FF&amp;E documentation required for Tender and Construction issues.</span></li><li><span>Production of full FF&amp;E presentation boards and finishes.</span></li><li><span>Calling suppliers and get quotation from the selected/approved material like fabrics, furniture, lighting, flooring, and wall finishes.</span></li><li><span>Submit the collected Quote from the supplier to Operation manager for order.</span></li><li><span>Re-selection of some items which are no longer available.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with Cad Designer for the furniture arrangements along with the correct sizes.</span></li><li><span>Checking drawings after placing the furniture and tagging’s.</span></li><li><span>Take initiative to educate the team on the new materials, market trends. Organize lunch and learn between the suppliers and the design team.</span></li></ul><p><span><span class=”ql-cursor”></span></span></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Architect or Interior Designer with min 3 years GCC experience working in FF&amp;E team and have wide knowledge of International suppliers and brands available in local market.</span></li><li><span>Should be organized to manage the material Library.</span></li><li><span>Experience working in Hospitality and Luxury residential projects is a must.</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and AutoCAD software and good knowledge in 3D max.</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
