<p>Luxe Premium Holiday Homes LLC is looking to hire five Property Onboarding Specialists to join our female team in for our brand new office who is skilled and talented, you will be responsible for onboarding new apartments, displaying apartments to interested renters, leasing apartments to qualified applicants, renewing short-term leases with existing tenants, and performing property management tasks as instructed.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>In addition, you will be required to actively search for prospective landlords and send onboarding proposals with our short-term rentals. You will work closely with the Sales Director and must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals with a passion for Holiday homes Rentals. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in leasing properties. The position requires a proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The prospect&nbsp;of properties to short term lease.</p><p>Handle and follow up on leads.</p><p>Warmly greets visitors, prospective tenants, and current residents.</p><p>Prepare landlords proposals&nbsp;</p><p>Prepares leases for Leasing Managers’ review and approval; obtains signatures from management&nbsp;</p><p>Coordinates move-in dates, materials, and processes.</p><p>Performs other related duties as assigned.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Fluency in English</p><p>Outgoing and friendly attitude</p><p>Ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable</p><p>Excellent interpersonal skills with good sales and customer service skills</p><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Real estate&nbsp;experience ( 1 Years Mandatory )&nbsp;</p><p>Experience in Dubai Mandatory</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Company Offers:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Basic Salary +&nbsp;Daily 300 AED Bonus + 100%&nbsp;commission from off-market tenants.</p><p>Employment Visa &amp; Health insurance</p><p>Professional photographer, videographer, and graphic designer in-house.</p><p>In-house Marketing department and continuous lead-generation campaigns</p>
