Job Description

<p>Become a part of Kabri’s team and gain experience in one of the biggest construction movements in Dubai at the moment. Kabri is looking for Civil Foreman who can oversee the coordination of construction works and ensure that they are in accordance with the priorities and plans. The foreman should schedule and monitor the attendance of the team, inspecting construction sites frequently and ensuring that manpower and resources are adequate, the same as supervising the use of machinery and equipment. Kabri is looking for a person with communication and leading skills, that can work in a team by coordinating and reporting the progress of construction projects to managers, supervisors, engineers, and other relevant personnel.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>3-5 years of experience.</li><li>Ability to organize a work schedule.</li><li>Ability to solve disputes between workers.</li><li>Deep knowledge of the construction industry and processes</li><li>Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.</li><li>Perform quality checks on construction equipment.</li></ul>
