<p>We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Lead Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Lead Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process from conception to execution, while ensuring that all design deliverables are of the highest quality and meet the company’s standards.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design and execute projects that meet business objectives</li><li>Manage and lead the design team in creating design solutions that meet or exceed project requirements</li><li>Develop and maintain design guidelines and brand standards to ensure consistency across all touchpoints</li><li>Participate in client presentations to communicate design concepts and project progress</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into design solutions</li><li>Lead brainstorming sessions, provide feedback, and mentor junior designers</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or a related field</li><li>At least 5 years of professional experience in design, with a focus on digital and branding design</li><li>Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and leading design teams</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and thought process</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We offer a competitive salary package and a fun and collaborative work environment.
