<p><strong>MEP Project Engineer </strong></p><p><span>To study, design, execute and maintain the Electrical- Mechanical- Plumbing systems in SPA and Wellness projects. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job profile </strong></p><p><span>Manage entire MEP execution for SPA and swimming pool works</span></p><p><span>Study blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to determine methods and sequences of works to be conducted at site. </span></p><p><span>Requisite planning for site execution </span></p><p><span>Responsible for supervision, monitoring and controlling MEP crew. </span></p><p><span>Monitor the overall performance, find solutions for possible future improvisations.</span></p><p><span> </span><span>Analyze and record test results, and prepare written testing documentation</span></p><p><span>Find the right solution and an estimate of cost and time scale.</span></p><p><span> </span><span>Arranging program for site supervisor and foreman&nbsp;</span></p><p><span> </span><span>Attending progress meeting with consultant and client.</span></p><p><span> </span><span>Controlling and requesting the material orders.</span></p><p><span>Controls utilization of materials used at work site and ensure that wastages are minimal, resources are used to the optimum.</span></p><p><span> </span><span>Responsible for quality control on the project</span></p><p><span>Responsible for project handover</span></p><p><span> </span><span>Responsible for materials requests for daily site requirements</span></p><p><span> </span><span>Project representative for site inspection with consultant.</span></p><p><span> Cost savings and profitability focus</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong>People:</strong></p><p><span> Good Interpersonal skills and team player</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong>Behavioral:</strong></p><p><span> </span><span>Strong verbal and written communication skills</span></p><p><span> Excellent problem-solving skills</span></p><p><span> Works precisely and pays close attention to details</span></p><p><span> Good engineering aptitude and knowledge</span></p><p><span> Advanced organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><p><span> Bachelor/master’s degree in mechanical/Electrical Engineering</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Experience </strong></p><p><span>Minimum 5 years of experience in swimming pools, water fountains, sauna steam bath and spa company</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Emoluments</strong></p><p><span>As per the industry standard. </span></p><p><span>D/L is a must&nbsp;</span></p><p><br></p>
