MEP Supervisor

Job Description

<p><strong>Onsite Supervision</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise the timely delivery and installation of swimming pool equipment and hydrothermal spa MEP services in line with contractual obligations. </li><li>Monitor, inspect and supervise the installation progress at site including first and second fix, plantroom equipment installation and ancillaries.</li><li>Ensure that work at site strictly follows the IFC drawings.</li><li>Provide feedback to MEP Engineers to prepare performance reports and suggestions for site planning and implementation.</li><li>Supervise the MEP team, meet all functional objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>Productivity</strong></p><ul><li>Allocate and schedule manpower for various installation and preventive works.</li><li>Execute work more systematically and maximize productivity. </li><li>Conduct site survey with MEP engineer, design and estimation team and ensure that all materials required for MEP are covered in Bill of Quantities and planned delivery stages.</li><li>Support MEP engineer to get MIR and WIR approvals.</li><li>Ensure that all snags are completed on time and all work has been completed in the scheduled time.</li><li>Record attendance/OT of staff and send to Finance dept. for inclusion in Payroll payments.</li></ul><p><strong>Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise the implementation of all HSE policies, processes, standards and procedures on all sites in line with contractual obligations and international standards.</li><li>Arrange gate pass , site safety induction for MEP crew </li><li>Conduct risk assessment and document it prior to commencing the job in order to minimize accidents and incidents.</li><li>· Take reasonable care of your own Health, Safety &amp; Environment.</li><li>· Take reasonable care for the Health and Safety of anyone who may be affected by their own acts or omissions.</li></ul><p><span>Job Type: Full-time</span></p><p><span>Salary: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month</span></p><p><span>Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.</span></p><p><span>Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Swimming pool &amp; Spa, Interior Fit out, HVAC, MEP&nbsp;specialized equipment installation industry . </span></p><p><span>Ability to commute/relocate:</span></p><ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul><p><br></p>
