You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, content developers, system administrators, and IT professionals, to ensure the successful deployment and utilization of the LMS platform.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li> Led the end-to-end implementation of Learning Management System projects, from project initiation to post-implementation support.</li><li>Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their training needs, goals, and technical requirements.</li><li>Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide recommendations on suitable LMS solutions based on client objectives.</li><li>Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimates.</li><li>Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to ensure seamless integration of learning content into the LMS platform.</li><li>Work closely with system administrators and IT professionals to configure, customize, and integrate the LMS platform with existing systems.</li><li>Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the LMS meets functional and technical specifications.</li><li>Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators on LMS functionality, best practices, and system maintenance.</li></ul><p><span>路 Manages assigned technical projects to ensure adherence to the project’s budget, schedule, and scope.</span></p><p><span>路 Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.</span></p><p><span>路 Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.</span></p><p><span>路 Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.</span></p><p><span>路 Facilitates gathering and validation of project requirements.</span></p><p><span>路 Ensures all parts of assigned projects are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates.</span></p><p><span>路 Regularly communicates with clients to arrange meetings, confirm project schedules, and discuss problems.</span></p><p><span>路 Coordinates internal and external resources scheduled and ensures projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.</span></p><p><span>路 Creates and maintains comprehensive project management documentation.</span></p><ul><li>Provide clients with ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance, addressing any technical or operational issues related to the LMS platform.</li><li>Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and manage risks and issues, ensuring projects are timely and within budget.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and project team members, providing regular status updates and addressing concerns or inquiries.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in LMS technology, identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (master鈥檚 degree preferred).</li><li>Proven experience as an LMS Project Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully delivering LMS implementations.</li><li>Solid understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning principles.</li><li>Familiarity with LMS platforms like Moodle, Blackboard, and Canvas.</li><li>Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and risk management.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills related to LMS platforms and integrations.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards is a plus.</li><li>Experience in instructional design or content development is advantageous.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful implementation and optimization of Learning Management Systems for our clients.
