<strong><u>Talent Acquisition Business Partner<br></u></strong><ul><li>Arabic Bilingual is a must with strong communication skills</li><li>Min Years of Experience: 8-10 years</li><li>Job Objective: Contribute to the development of inhouse talent acquisition and recruitment processes in coordination with relevant stakeholders at inhouse and key strategic recruitment partners<br></li></ul><strong><u>Functional Role</u></strong> <ul><li></li><ul><li></li><ul><li>Conduct the manpower planning exercise and establish annual manpower budgets and forecasts in alignment to the developed Emiratization Strategy as well as the replacement and succession plans set by Talent Development Section</li><li>Implement Emiratization Policy, Strategy, processes, and performance monitoring through established systems and in alignment with HCM Division strategy.</li><li>Execute planned recruitment cycle (sourcing, hiring) and manage Talent Acquisition candidates’ profiles database</li><li>Conduct and manage the employee onboarding process in coordination with relevant Education sectors</li><li>Operationalize process for selection (for e.g. competency based interviews, psychometric testing etc.)</li><li>Utilize various sourcing channels such as social media, job websites, career portal, recruitment agencies etc</li><li>Maintain and enhance Employee Value Proposition as well as Education branding for talent attraction and recruitment purposes</li><li>Manage and archive all recruitment forms (Outsource forms, Offers, Contracts, Human Capital Committee forms)</li><li>Prepare periodic Emiratization and recruitment reports to Education Leadership and relevant government entities</li></ul></ul></ul>
