<p><strong>Job Summary : </strong>Computes, classifies, records, and verifies numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records by performing the following duties<strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities </strong></p><p>1. Preparation, consolidation and reporting of all management and financial information, annual budget planning and regulatory reporting.</p><p>2. Preparation of the annual and quarterly consolidated financial statements.</p><p>3. Manage the consolidation of the subsidiaries companies’ financial information based on the Group instruction on monthly basis.</p><p>4. Manage the annual report project.</p><p>5. Perform bookkeeping.</p><p>6. Prepare expense reports.</p><p>7. Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information.</p><p>8. Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software.</p><p>9. Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data in order to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers.</p><p>10. Prepare account statements, and other financial statements according to established procedures.</p><p>11. Code documents according to company procedures.</p><p>12. Access computerized financial information to answer general questions as well as those related to specific accounts.</p><p>13. Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records.</p><p>14. Review periodical trial balances.</p><p>15. Transfer details from separate journals to general ledgers and/or data processing sheets.</p><p>16. Compile budget data and documents, based on estimated revenues and expenses and previous budgets.</p><p>17. Prepare regulator-related reports and ensure full compliance with the regulator’s guidance and instructions.</p><p>18. Prepare the company’s Annual Budget.</p><p>19. Coordinate and provide required information to the External auditors for annual and quarterly reviews and other assignments of similar nature.</p><p>20. Reviews and maintains certain subsidiaries’ books of account.</p><p>21. General Ledger &amp; Transaction Journal.</p><ol><li>Daily review of GL balance.</li><li>Adjustment entries of GL.</li><li>Review elimination entries.</li></ol><p></p>
