<br><p>We are seeking a passionate and experienced marketing leader to join our team as Brand Lead at N.go (www.n.go.co). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing marketing activities in our markets. To excel in this position, you should possess a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape, a deep knowledge of the sales funnel and customer journey in the region, preferably in Foodtech SaaS and Fintech domains, and proficiency in executing 360 marketing campaigns.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>1. Craft branding, positioning, and communication strategies that effectively convey our brand’s value proposition.</p><p>2. Own the marketing activities calendar for the region, including customer communications, social media, digital campaigns, events, and community activations, aligned with the global social strategy.</p><p>3. Lead, coach, and monitor the team to ensure high performance and promote the profitability and competitiveness of N.go in our operating markets.</p><p>4. Oversee the execution of strategies and plans across the markets, ensuring our brand message is strong, consistent, and appropriately localized across all channels and marketing efforts.</p><p>5. Report on the ROI of marketing activities, major initiatives, and marketing spends across the markets.</p><p>6. Continuously identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.</p><p>7. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across sales and product management teams to align on acquisition strategies and tactics for each market.</p><p>8. Prepare and manage the budget for the marketing department on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.</p><p>9. Build and execute community engagement strategies for N.go’s niche audience online and offline, driving brand engagement, advocacy, and share of voice. This includes partnerships with clients, bloggers, community influencers, and semi-governmental agencies.</p><p>10. Work closely with product and commercial teams to ensure the market is supported with the necessary products and commercial offerings.</p><p>11. Initiate and manage relationships with third-party service providers and agencies as needed.</p><p>12. Engage with the F&amp;B community, attend industry-related events, and build relationships with industry stakeholders to encourage customer feedback.</p><p>13. Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using various web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) and assess the ROI and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing campaigns and activities.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>1. Minimum of 7 years of experience at a managerial level in a B2B/B2C fast-growth environment, with a track record of developing and executing marketing plans that drive solid lead generation and growth.</p><p>2. Strong people management capabilities, with the ability to inspire, manage performance, and develop team members.</p><p>3. Demonstrated experience in increasing brand visibility and reputation in multiple markets.</p><p>4. Previous experience with SEO, Google Analytics, lead generation, lead nurturing, segment marketing, and email marketing, including familiarity with associated technology tools.</p><p>5. Ability to perform qualitative and quantitative research to inform recommendations, strategies, and deliverables.</p><p>6. Strong management and leadership skills, with proven experience in managing teams, resources, and budgets.</p><p>7. Experience in Fintech, Foodtech, and SaaS industries, along with knowledge of the relevant ecosystem, is a plus.</p><p>8. Solid understanding of brand management and key marketing principles, including events, PR &amp; communication, social media platforms, and more.</p><p>9. Autonomy and the ability to work with minimal direction.</p><p>10. Business acumen, technological proficiency, and a strong desire for continuous learning.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
