You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and positioning the consultancy’s services as solutions to help them achieve their goals. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional consulting services.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Sales and Business Development:</li></ol><ul><li>Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation activities.</li><li>Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present the consultancy’s services.</li><li>Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials.</li></ul><ol><li>Relationship Management:</li></ol><ul><li>Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new clients.</li><li>Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving needs, provide updates on services, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.</li><li>Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly, ensuring high client satisfaction levels.</li><li>Collaborate with consultants and project teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of services to clients.</li></ul><ol><li>Contract Negotiation and Proposal Development:</li></ol><ul><li>Prepare and present proposals, including scope of work, pricing, and timelines, tailored to clients’ specific needs.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.</li><li>Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and mitigate risks.</li></ul><ol><li>Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:</li></ol><ul><li>Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify target industries, client segments, and potential partnerships.</li></ul><ol><li>Reporting and Documentation:</li></ol><ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems or other sales tools.</li><li>Generate regular reports on sales performance, revenue projections, and market trends for management review.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).</li><li>Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.</li><li>Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.</li><li>Ability to understand complex client requirements and translate them into tailored solutions.</li><li>Solid business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.</li><li>Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.</li></ul>
