<p><strong><em>Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><ol><li>Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists.</li><li>Present and explain product or service offerings to prospective customers.</li><li>Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business.</li><li>Follow up on sales leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.</li><li>Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies and achieve departmental goals.</li></ol><p><strong><em>Requirements:</em></strong></p><ol><li>Proven experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or a similar role.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li><li>Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.</li><li>Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.</li><li>Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.</li></ol><p><strong><em>Note: </em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>A Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Marketing or Business is a Plus</strong></li><li><strong>This Job is 100% REMOTELY </strong></li><li><strong>8 hours Working per day (8AM-5PM) with 2 days OFF</strong></li></ul>
