<p>An Agricultural Trading company <strong>in Oman</strong> is looking to hire a qualified General Manager:</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Summary:</u></strong></p><p>·Develop the company strategic and operational plans to ensure steady and continual growth of the company.</p><p>·Conduct the risk analysis of assigned operations and manage it in collaboration with the company staff.</p><p>·Organize and control all operations in a manner which effectively delivers plans and business outcomes.</p><p>·Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by conducting regular visits to the customers’ premises.</p><p>·Develop and oversee the annual operating budget and manage expenses in compliance with the annual budget.</p><p><strong><u>Required Competencies</u></strong></p><ul><li>Excellent Strategic Thinking -planning skills.</li><li>Strong organizational, time-management skills, and leadership abilities.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication.</li><li>People oriented and results driven.</li><li>Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing environments.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Job requirements</u></strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in business, Agriculture Science</p><p>· Relevant experience (at least 10 years) in leadership roles in Agriculture business.</p><p></p>
