The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational and sales activities for the company, from managing our inventory to building and maintaining relationships with customers.</span></p><p><span>Responsibilities:</span></p><p> </p><ul><li><span>Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement</span></li><li><span>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.</span></li></ul><p>· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, architects, and builders to drive sales and promote our building material products.</p><p>· Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the market and develop strategies to capture them.</p><p>· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and product positioning.</p><p>· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials, such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.</p><p>· Monitor sales activities, track sales performance, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.</p><p>· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards throughout the sales process.</p><ul><li><span>Manage and maintain inventory of wood / Lumber products (from shipping to receiving)</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products</span></li><li><span>Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business</span></li><li><span>Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers</span></li><li><span>Manage sales orders, from order placement to delivery</span></li><li><span>Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies</span></li><li><span>Maintain accurate records of all sales and inventory transactions</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field</span></li><li><span>Experience in building materials and ‘’wood / natural lumber’’</span></li><li><span>Experience in operations and sales in the wood trading industry</span></li><li><span>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</span></li><li><span>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</span></li><li><span>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</span></li><li><span>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the Lumber trading industry</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span>If you have a passion for building materials and wood trading industry and the skills and experience required for this role, please apply with your resume and cover letter.
