We believe that our success will always be in our team’s hands so the most important for us is to create a comfortable environment for them, providing&nbsp;exceptional marketing support, expert training and ongoing administrative support to achieve all our goals and to always be on top.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Title : Property Consultant</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Consultant, with a proven track record of success in the industry.</p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. With the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.</p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.</p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of the Dubai property market and regulations.</p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Valid UAE driving license.</p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluent in English and one of the following languages is mandatory (Arabic -French -Russian -Chinese )</p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the local property market and the latest trends.</p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Generate and follow up on leads and referrals to build a strong client base,&nbsp;identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.</p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct property viewings with prospective clients and advise them on the best options available.</p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage your own portfolio of clients and properties, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time&nbsp;such as (Contracts -Leases – Deeds – Closing Statements etc…).</p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for closing deals and achieving sales targets, while also ensuring that clients are satisfied with the outcome.</p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.</p><p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Adhere to real estate laws and has good knowledge of finance, mortgage, and related government protocols.</p><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p>
