<p>About the job</p><p>We are looking for a Real Estate Consultants</p><p><br></p><p>If you are in UAE, particularly in Dubai.</p><p><br></p><p>Only commission bases</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p>- Managing the entire transaction process of a property purchase or sale.</p><p><br></p><p>- Maintaining strong knowledge of the real estate market and being able to provide expert advice to their clients.</p><p><br></p><p>- Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.</p><p><br></p><p>- Intermediating negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.</p><p><br></p><p>- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.</p><p><br></p><p>- Promoting sales through social media.</p><p><br></p><p>- Networking and building relationship with potential clients.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p><br></p><p>-Excellent communication in ENGLISH is a MUST (Writing, reading, and speaking).
