<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our organization. As a Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company. Your role will involve analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and advising management on financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Financial Analysis and Reporting:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze financial statements and reports to assess the company’s financial performance and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial results with budgeted or forecasted figures.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.</li></ul><p><strong>Financial Planning and Budgeting:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the development of financial budgets and forecasts.</li><li>Collaborate with department heads to gather financial information and ensure accuracy in budgeting and forecasting processes.</li><li>Monitor and track budget performance, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.</li></ul><p><strong>Compliance and Auditing:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and relevant legal regulations.</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with statutory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.</li></ul><p><strong>Taxation and Financial Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide guidance on tax planning and compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns.</li><li>Assist in the implementation and maintenance of effective internal controls and financial policies.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and liquidity, making recommendations for optimizing working capital management.</li></ul><p><strong>Advisory and Consultation:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide financial advice and support to management, offering insights on financial risks and opportunities.</li><li>Participate in strategic planning initiatives, providing financial input for business decisions.</li><li>Conduct financial feasibility studies for potential investments, mergers, or acquisitions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>A professional designation as a Chartered Accountant (CA).</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience working as a Chartered Accountant, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation laws.</li><li>Proficiency in financial analysis and the ability to interpret complex financial data.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.</li><li>Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Note: This job description provides a general overview of the responsibilities and qualifications required for the role of a Chartered Accountant.
