<p>Job Location: Dubai</p><p>Salary total: AED 5000-6000</p><p>Language required: Arabic</p><p><br></p><p>We’re looking for an Arabic Speaking Procurement Specialist. The position is based in Dubai, but the joiner will be responsible both for UAE and KSA tasks. You’ll report directly to the Supply Chain Manager but will also be supporting the KSA branch manager.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>To be responsible for researching and registering new suppliers, tracking deliveries and updating order records (e.g. dates, invoices and discounts.)</li><li>Provide all assistance in making cost-effective purchases and ensure we maintain a fully stocked inventory.</li><li>To promote a collaborative, client focused, quality and result oriented approach.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Descriptions: </strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Processes purchase requests for stock items and on demand items according to sales demand and coordinating with sales coordinators, logistics and finance teams.</li><li>Builds vendor relationships to secure the best prices on products for the company and negotiate prices when necessary.</li><li>Gathers and prepares documents like quotes, proposals and purchase terms and conditions from suppliers.</li><li>Analyzes material availability, creates, and manages purchase orders including tracking, checking of content to ensure cost – efficient and on time supply of materials according to demand.</li><li>Manages and monitors of shipments and customs clearance with the freight forwarders and ensure shipments received on time.</li><li>Maintains and updates supplier master data, archives documents according to local regulations to keep the database accurate and up to date.</li><li>Communicating with vendors &amp; arranging the required docs for registration along with the invoice submitting and payments.</li><li>Following up with vendors for the delivery on time, communicating all incoming shipments with logistics team.</li><li>Communicating with customers to share complete documents &amp; CAF and all related processes for customer registration.</li><li>Follow-up Processing of sales/service contract billing</li><li>Assisting sales staff with their CRM activities</li><li>Coordinating customs documents , certificates with agents and logistics team to ensure smooth customs clearance process</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, SCM, Procurement, Logistics Management from a recognized University or Institution.&nbsp;</li><li>Certification in related SCM and Procurement is a plus</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Skills and Experience Required: </strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office</li><li>Knowledge of clearing and forwarding regulations</li><li>Experience in working with systems such as SAP / Oracle etc.</li><li>Able to uphold and respect procurement ethics and to conduct activities with integrity</li><li>3-5 years of extensive experience in procurement environment.</li><li>Experience in customer service will be advantageous</li><li>Strong business operations and economic knowledge to understand which purchases and investments are most beneficial.</li><li>Highly organized professional with extensive experience in administration</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Salary Offered:</p><p>Between 5 – 6k AED</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About GCG: </strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>GCG ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS is a technology company that has two divisions, one offering Printing &amp; Interactive Smart Solutions, and the other offering Enterprise Information Management &amp; Digital Transformation Solutions.
