Responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized support. The primary purpose of this role is to enhance client satisfaction, foster a sense of community, and drive client engagement.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Serve as our existing clients’ primary point of contact, building strong and lasting relationships.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of our brand, products, and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.</li><li>Proactively engage with clients, providing personalized support and guidance to meet their needs and address any concerns.</li><li>Conduct regular check-ins with clients, offering insights, updates, and opportunities to enhance their experience.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive client journey.</li><li>Plan and execute engaging events, workshops, and initiatives to foster a sense of community among our clients.</li><li>Utilize good digital marketing skills to support client engagement initiatives, including email marketing, social media management, and content creation.</li><li>Gather feedback from clients and relay it to relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to identify growth opportunities and provide relevant recommendations.</li><li>Contribute to the development of marketing materials and content that aligns with client interests and showcases our brand effectively.</li><li>Basic knowledge of creative designing software.</li><li>Fluent in English with the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal.
