Position based with a large Financial group.<br><br><strong><u>Job Purpose<br><br></u></strong>Responsible for overseeing Organization pay structure, monitor market conditions and government regulations to ensure that pay rates are current and competitive. Administer company’s employee benefits program. Validate & supervise end to end payroll and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for the entire Company<br><br><strong><u>Job Role<br></u></strong><ul><li> Design end to end compensation and benefits structure, strategies and policies that strengthen business goals</li><li> End to End Compensation Planning – Budgeting</li><li> Overall responsible of Benefits – refreshing the benefits & policies as per the market</li><li> End to End managing Payroll – Two legal entities</li><li> HR Data Analytics – Dash board , Analytics , MIS reports , Local and Global</li><li> Reward & Recognition – Local recognition , tenure based , performance based rewards and retentions plans</li><li> Sales & Production incentive plans and exposure</li></ul>
