This may include:<br><ul><li> Designing systems from scratch</li><li> Reviewing and Evolving an existing system design,</li><li> Guiding streams on architecture roadmap</li><li> Researching and Evaluating technology options,</li><li> Evangelizing a reference / standard architecture or solution,</li><li> Architecture Governance – Controls and Processes</li><li> The problem statements could be client specific or products related or internal; The solution could be required to run on public cloud platforms or private cloud/on-premise environments.</li><li> The ideal candidate would have already played the role of a technology leader for a team or a unit, with extensive hands-on application development experience, and exposure to cloud architectures for building scalable and reliable systems<br></li></ul><strong><u>Key Competencies<br></u></strong><ul><li> Expertise in defining and communicating solution architectures – logical and technical – in the space of data intensive systems using various tech stacks and on all cloud platforms</li><li> Strong fundamentals in design and implementation of distributed computing systems</li><li> Understanding of end to end product and platform development SDLC</li><li> Effective communication, both verbal and written, in business as well as technical terms, with internal and external audiences</li><li> Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure the work and progress on the ground inline with the bigger picture of the architecture and aligned with delivery plans</li><li> Ability to influence development choices of software engineers, data engineers, ML engineers and data scientists, as necessary, through all means available as the owner and driver of change</li><li> Good mentoring and training skills, as much a peoples person as a technology enthusiast<br></li></ul><strong><u>Qualifications &amp; Exp<br></u></strong><ul><li> BE/BTech/MCA with 8-12 yrs years of overall experience in software development, designing architectures for 3-5+ years</li><li> Demonstrated tech leadership with experience in people management and developing talent</li><li> Deep expertise in more than one of the following – Data Engineering, Data Science, API &amp; Services, Full-Stack App Development</li><li> Experienced in designing and deploying Cloud Native, Paas and SaaS products/solutions</li><li> Mindset of a Servant Leader, focusing primarily on growth and well-being of people and the communities in which they belong</li><li> Good knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps</li><li> Background in BFSI, especially lending is definitely a plus.</li><li> Solution architects, who have designed cloud managed or cloud native SaaS/PaaS products,</li><li> Cloud AWS, Azure, GCP, SAS one of these is must</li><li> Cloud native on Kubernetes is must</li><li> SaaS/PaaS products exp is mandatory</li></ul>
