Associate Director Credit<br><br><strong><u>Job Role<br></u></strong><ul><li> Independent Credit appraisal assessment of prospective Corporate Banking Group for fund-based exposure like Working Capital, Overdraft, Cash Credit, Term Loan etc., and non-fund based exposure like Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, etc.</li><li> Perusal of Branch proposal and spreadsheets received from the Business team along with annual reports, credit rating rationale, equity research reports, industry research reports etc to arrive at an independent credit recommendation on the acceptability of the proposal</li><li> Preparation of detailed proposal notes and ensuring clearance from credit sanctioning Risk Advice note for submission to Segment Head highlighting key risks and mitigations committees as well as finalisation of term sheet in consultation with Business Unit.</li><li> To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance, etc</li><li> Review and adherence of the rating methodology / framework for risk classification.</li><li> Manage credit risk across all products and transactions in wholesale bank.</li></ul>
