<strong><u>The Role And Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li> Tech Lead for MNC D2C platform with full ownership of customer journeys, UI/UX, product s strategy & roadmap</li><li> Provide strategic leadership, guidance, and insight during solution definition activities from ideation through exploration to ensure roadmap and architecture alignment</li><li> Manage the product throughout its lifecycle – design, build & implement</li><li> Evaluating D2C technology choices and platform build Business ERP & Accounting platform choices as per needs of the business</li><li> Identify and work with technology partners to execute solutions, thereby</li><li> Ensuring that the key technology services are resilient, secure, and scalable.</li><li> Creating cost-efficient contracts with Vendor Partners.</li><li> Oversee each sub module life cycle from conception to completion, with an emphasis on technical soundness and cost.</li><li> Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of such technology solutions</li><li> End-to-End Martech platform ownership for notifications, Attribution, Data Management & Analytics</li><li> Partner with Tech partners – Product owners, Solution integrators for design and implementation of solutions</li><li> Be the trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on technology/platform choices; influence them on investing in right tech capabilities</li><li> Being a Change Agent while bringing holistic appreciation of business and technology</li><li> Collaborate with internal team to implement marketing use cases, including advanced analytics, marketing automation, and management of customer data</li><li> Partner with marketing and customer operations (insights and analytics) teams to ensure prioritization and implementation of use cases that deliver high value</li><li> Drive project delivery with shared accountability for value creation, results delivery, cost management</li><li> Be the instigator for developing Business Solutions for operations, customer engagement and employee experiences<br></li></ul><strong><u>Required Skills<br></u></strong><ul><li> Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology</li><li> Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications</li><li> Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, change management and influencing skills</li><li> Vendor Management skills – Proven ability to Incubate, manage and grow an ecosystem of vendor partners enabling accelerated value creation</li></ul>
