Job Description
<strong><u>Primary Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li> Consolidated & Business segment Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting</li><li> Manage and own non-comp expenses for firm, segment, and funds</li><li> Owner of consolidated non-comp expenses in India and lead the Non-Comp team in India</li><li> In addition, will be the primary business unit owner to deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting tracking actuals vs. budget / forecast with key metrics for areas such as Finance, the business and other departments (e.g., Corporate Services, Legal)</li><li> Spearhead, manage, and run point on the annual budget, long-term plan and monthly forecasts</li><li> Maintain detailed and flexible models supporting annual budget, long-term plan and monthly forecast, including variance analysis along with other central deliverables</li><li> Own and manage financial modeling on current and potential business initiatives</li><li> Respond quickly to global ad hoc requests</li></ul>
