You know how to work well under pressure, and you strive to learn and grow your</p><p>expertise in the industry.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Being the face and personality of the restaurant.</li><li>Build relationship with guests. </li><li>Knowledge of local market needs.</li><li>Evaluate levels of guest satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement.</li><li>Be aware of trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality</li><li>Evaluation and understanding of changing competitor set and trends in the market.</li><li>Optimize sales and maintain costs, identifying any areas for improvement and act.</li><li>Set achievable targets and other short- and long-term functional goals.</li><li>Provide effective leadership to the Restaurant teams to ensure targets are met</li><li>Ensure high quality of internal communication and co-operation with kitchen</li><li>Be responsible of H&S compliance in line with Dubai Municipality food code 2020</li><li>Maintain consistent Brand SOP in every area.</li><li>Motivate and train team members.</li><li>Respond guest feedbacks and reviews both online and instore.</li><li>Organize and issue weekly rosters and prepare vacation plans.</li><li>Oversee daily revenue reports and logbook and input.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of two years’ experience as an assistant or manager position in a restaurant environment.</li><li>Preferably knowledge of- and experience with Mediterranean cuisine.</li><li>Good communication, interpersonal and networking skills.</li><li>Adaptability to different environments, flexibility, and the ability to innovate.</li><li>Proactive with a good understanding of the needs of the environment.</li><li>Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.</li><li>Taking criticism and feedback.</li><li>Attention to details and creative.</li><li>MS office knowledge</li></ul>
