In addition, developing the function key strategies, operating model and implementation plans working closely with the director of regions and sectors marketing.<p><br></p>It is a crucial function to support the Government Services’ positioning in relation to NEOM Company. International and local governments as well as major corporates will be invested in understanding the significance of NEOM<p><br></p>Government Services<p><br></p><strong>Key Accountabilities & Activities</strong><p><br></p>Planning, Strategy & execution<p><br></p><ul><li> Lead the design and implementation of NEOM Government Services marketing and communications objectives and goals by developing innovative content and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy. </li><li> Contribute to the development of the marketing and communications function’s strategy, operating model, and service delivery model, ensuring they support NEOM’s overall objectives and goals.</li><li> Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the effective activation of the Government Services MARCOM plan, driving readiness towards the launch of NEOM Government Services .</li><li> Develop, implement, and update operational plans, overseeing their implementation to ensure they support the realization of NEOM’s envisioned future.</li><li> Collaborate with relevant NEOM staff, stakeholders, and leaders to identify the projects and initiatives needed to achieve NEOM Government Services’ strategic communications vision.</li><li> Liaise with marketing and communications team members across various sectors for campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with NEOM’s brand and communication strategy.</li><li> Provide input to the director of regions and sectors marketing to build the necessary capabilities and capacity of the marketing and communications function to manage NEOM Government Services effectively in both the interim and end stages.</li><li> Work with Government Services marketing manager under regions and sectors marketing team in developing content for the Government Services’ digital and offline channels.</li></ul><p><br></p>Key roles<p><br></p><ul><li> Develop, lead and implement comprehensive communication strategies to align with NEOM’s Government Services strategic communication & Marketing goals </li><li> Plan and manage the design, content, and production of communication & marketing materials and events working closely with the relevant functions of the Central Marketing team. </li><li> Understanding of marketing and communications through cross-function collaboration </li><li> Supervise communication & marketing projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready </li><li> Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner </li><li> Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal and external communications mediums </li><li> Ensure corporate communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization </li><li> Storyboard or translate ideas to deliver effective briefs to the internal creative team and external partners. </li><li> Be the interface to Government Services department, collect requirements and manage the delivery of the programs. </li></ul><p><br></p>Disclaimer: This job description is not an exhaustive list of accountabilities and activities.
