<strong>Summary</strong><p><br></p>Develop a Value Proposition for prospective tenants and partners representing and involved into the development of key NEOM Sectors, and develop and implement a Go-to-Market strategy and approach to attract tenants and partners to the OXAGON Innovation Ecosystem<p><br></p>Engage with key NEOM Sectors, align strategies and priorities, develop a joint develop roadmap, and ensure a presence of the key Neom Sectors in OXAGON R&amp;I District and Campus, and combining efforts in bringing the right tenants and partners addressing the priorities of the key NEOM Sectors<p><br></p>Develop channels for getting new prospective tenants and partners, activate the channels and drive the tenants and partners attraction process to signing a lease agreement and successful onboarding<p><br></p>Contribute to the R&amp;I team development and culture development, align plans and combine efforts in developing the OXAGON Innovation Ecosystem, and its components, e.g., physical and digital infrastructure, services, enablers, partners, and others<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Develop the necessary components for the Value Proposition and fine tune it for different types of tenants and partners, representing different level of maturity and industrial focus </li><li> Actively involve into management of the Innovation Ecosystem Development Strategy, ensuring the engagement with key stakeholders and day-to-day interactions with R&amp;I team and external consultants </li><li> Manage the development of the components of the Value proposition focused on access to NEOM market, access to talents, knowledge sharing and knowledge exchange platforms and programs, and other, with an involvement of R&amp;I team members and key NEOM Sectors </li><li> Combine efforts with Marketing teams to deliver marketing materials, plan and execute events, actively participate in web site development and digital marketing campaigns </li><li> Develop a comprehensive and effective go-to-market approach for specific types of tenants and different types of NEOM Sectors, leading to onboarding tenants and establishing a practical relationship with external partners </li><li> Build relationship with a set of key NEOM Sectors and their teams, ensure their understanding and their contribution to the Value proposition </li><li> Engage key NEOM Sectors into the development of the Go-to-Market approach, agree priorities and the focus, ensure their involvement into the Innovation Ecosystem Development </li><li> Develop a roadmap with a set of key NEOM Sectors to align strategies and agree key short-term and mid-term activities and initiatives creating value for the sectors and working on delivery of the R&amp;I objectives </li><li> Work closely with key NEOM Sectors to meet their requirement and ensure their presence in the R&amp;I Campus and District as tenants </li><li> Understand the key NEOM Sectors’ specific need for innovation and secure their involvement in developing Innovation Ecosystem and bringing the right tenants and partners to the Campus </li><li> Develop and manage internal events and knowledge sharing initiatives engaging a NEOM Innovation community and promoting R&amp;I as a leader and expert in innovation management </li><li> Develop an effective set of channels of prospective tenants and partners relevant for different types of tenants and partners, different industries and regions, including local and global markets </li><li> Develop and manage the process of activating the channels, keeping them functioning and delivering new quality leads for prospective tenants and partners </li><li> Fine tune the process of tenants attraction in a way required for specific types of tenants </li><li> Manage the process of tenant attraction and ensure the involvement of key stakeholders representing R&amp;I team, OXAGON and NEOM Sectors </li><li> Track the effectiveness of the process and constantly improve it to ensure the higher success factor and shortest lead time </li><li> Ensure the onboarding of early tenants and engagement with key partner by the end of 2023 </li><li> Contribute to shaping the overall team culture through own behaviors and supporting and coaching other team members </li><li> Contribute to delivering against overall team targets and ensuring that the team is high-performing </li><li> Contribute to setting a standard of professional behavior for OXAGON and NEOM </li><li> Support other team members, if needed, keep transparent about own plans and deliverables and ensure the alignment with other team members </li><li> If needed, recruit and develop direct reports </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Relevant tertiary qualifications: Bachelors in Engineering, Economics, Finance </li><li> Masters degree in one of the above fields is also desirable </li><li> MBA is desirable </li><li> Experience in management consulting is desirable </li><li> Certification in Finance is desirable </li><li> 5+ years of experience in business development and innovation management </li><li> 5+ years of project management experience, business analysis, business strategies </li><li> Experience of working with startups and R&amp;D centers, developing an ecosystem of innovation </li><li> Experience with some of the key NEOM Sectors (Energy, Water, Food, Mobility, Wellness, wellbeing and Biotech, Tech and Digital, Education) as well as Supply Chain and Logistics, Manufacturing and Operations </li><li> Experience with valuation, scouting and screening of businesses </li><li> Experience in developing business cases and financial models </li><li> Experience in working with different markets and cultures (preferably MENA, ASIA, USA) </li><li> Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse work environment with substantial lateral stakeholder management </li><li> Flexible, adaptable &amp; resilient, able to deal creatively with workplace challenges &amp; to work under stress </li><li> Strong analytical skills, abstract problem solving and logical reasoning </li><li> Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering a high standard of presentation preparation and working with all MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc…) to C-level audience </li><li> Pragmatic, able to find practical solutions and to get things done </li><li> Passion for developing well-executed projects in a dynamic and creative environment </li><li> Resilient and persistent, will keep working to find a solution in the face of many obstacles</li></ul>
