<strong>Summary</strong><p><br></p>Develop overall strategy for Oxagon Infrastructure, Oversee the delivery of Infrastructure Design and Construction, Represent Proponent on Infrastructure matters. Liaise with UP, Projects and Sectors to keep the requirements current. Manage the direct reports to this position<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><u> Delivery </u><p><br></p><ul><li> Oversight of Oxagon Infrastructure </li><li> Driving technical excellence </li><li> Setting standards and benchmarks </li><li> Oversight that requirements are being met and managed throughout delivery by consultants and Projects </li><li> Oversight of risks and issues and ensuring mitigations are agreed and managed </li><li> Coordination with Projects teams, Urban Planning and sectors </li><li> Reporting </li><li> Progress against the Master Schedule </li><li> Overall Weekly and Monthly reporting inputs for CEO </li><li> Commercial &amp; Contractual reporting including Change Management </li></ul><p><br></p><u> Integration </u><p><br></p><ul><li> Manage the direct reporting staff to the position </li><li> Liaise and set meetings with all stakeholders as required </li><li> Arrange ad-hoc meetings with internal and external stakeholders as required </li><li> Monitor inputs from Development Sector to keep updated on third-party developments </li><li> Keep all sectors and project teams aligned </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> 10 to 15 years’ experience in large developments, preferably in the Region </li><li> Bachelors degree in engineering, architecture, construction or project management </li><li> Experience and knowledge of Infrastructure and residential projects </li><li> Good knowledge of modular construction </li><li> Knowledge of Design and Build and the relevant FIDIC Contracts</li></ul>
