<p><strong>Are you ready to participate in a unique and ambitious project? </strong></p><p><strong>Join us and contribute to shaping the future of the Tech Industry in Morocco. </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Our organization is seeking 5 experienced Full-Stack Instructors (MERN Stack) to join our team and create a national program that will Mass-Produce operational talent pools in digital technologies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the role: </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job title: </strong>MERN Stack Instructor.</p><p><strong>location: </strong>Casablanca and Rabat.</p><p><strong>Availability: </strong>Full-Time (CDI)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Mission:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Train the next generation of software engineers:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>You’ll be responsible for preparing the next generation of Tech Professionals for a successful career in the industry.</li><li>You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives and careers of your students and help shape the future of the tech industry in Morocco</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Create dynamic learning experiences:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>You’ll create engaging, student-centered learning experiences that are designed to meet the needs of adult learners who have 0 background in tech.</li><li>You’ll employ a variety of teaching strategies and tools to help your students develop the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Serve as a subject matter expert:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>You’ll be a subject matter expert on Web Development and will be available to provide guidance and support to both students and staff.</li><li>You’ll be responsible for keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field, and for sharing your knowledge with others.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Foster a collaborative learning community:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>You’ll create a supportive and collaborative learning environment that promotes grit, problem-solving, and teamwork.</li><li>You’ll be responsible for guiding students through exercises and activities that build knowledge and skills, and for facilitating discussions and group projects that encourage peer-to-peer learning.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Create a positive, professional, and inclusive learning environment, by :</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Teach and mentor students in the fundamentals of Full-Stack Web Development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MongoDB, Express, React, and NodeJS (MERN Stack)</li><li>Provide feedback and guidance to students on their assignments, projects, and overall performance.</li><li>Collaborate with other instructors and staff to continuously improve the quality of our educational programs.</li><li>Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Full-Stack Web Development, and incorporate new technologies and techniques into our curriculum as appropriate.</li><li>Evaluate and report on student progress, and identify areas for improvement in the curriculum or teaching methods.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>At least 3 years of experience in Full-Stack Web Development, with a strong understanding of Front-End and Back-End technologies, frameworks, and tools.</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. </li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies will be a great asset.</li><li>Passion for teaching and mentoring students, and a commitment to their success.</li></ul><p></p>
