Solution Architect/Technical Referent

<p>We are seeking to strengthen our&nbsp;Engineering Team by a “<strong>Solution Architect/Technical Referent”</strong>&nbsp;to work in internal and client projects.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;As a technical referent you’ll be:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensuring the development quality review and enhancement (documentation, code review, quality check list).</li><li>Estimating and doing the first assessment for projects’ initiation phase in collaboration with PMO Dpt.</li><li>Identifying the needed profiles to fulfill requirements for projects.</li><li>Identifying the onboard action for the new joiners to the projects.</li><li>Supporting the scrum master to identify the technical gaps and estimation during the sprints and the execution of the projects.</li><li>Mentoring and coaching the team to upskill.</li><li>Boost projects as developer if needed (specific technical challenges, POC, new technical scope).</li><li>Identifying the topics and subjects that need to be part of our technical roadmap (tech survey results, technical dept, technical enhancements).</li><li>Your time will be split 25/80 Development/R&amp;D Engineering.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;As Solution Architect you’ll be:</strong></p><ul><li>The Project management lifecycle does not have secrets for you.</li><li>You are able to Analyze the functional and technical solution proposals, resulting from the initiation phase in collaboration with the PO and the expertise committee.</li><li>You initiate and actively Contribute to the writing of functional and technical specifications to be delivered to the team before or meanwhile projects.</li><li>A real communicator and leader to involve team members into the process and/or the solution you designed.</li><li>Contribute to technical R&amp;D, Maintenance (corrective and evolutionary) and functional projects.</li><li>Respect the production quality process and be a source of proposals for its continuous improvement.</li><li>Provide support for production release, hot fixes on production environments and contribute to Level 3 Support actions.</li><li>Ensure customer deliveries and respond to their requests for support when needed.</li><li>Contribute to the integration phases in the DevOps environment (Continuous integration, automatic deployment) and delivery.</li></ul><p><strong>Required skills</strong></p><ul><li>You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position or keen to learn how to be a solution architect.</li><li>You capitalized your experience within a product house or solution integrator.</li><li>You are trained as an engineer and you have customer sensitivity (external and internal) and understand functional and business issues.</li><li>Very solid knowledge in full stack web development.</li><li>You have experience with IoT or M2M Solutions development.</li><li>Good experience with SQL and NoSql DB.</li><li>You have excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English.</li><li>You can contribute to activity reporting to the Team Lead or the Project Manager and to knowledge sharing within the team.</li><li>You prefer to work in a team.</li></ul><p><strong>What’s in it for you</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible Schedule (Work from Home),</li><li>Professional development &amp; skills training,&nbsp;</li><li>Inspiring work environment and a fast-growing company,</li><li>Office events and networking activities,</li><li>You will learn and grow among the best minds in the industry in a collaborative and thriving environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>
