Information Security Senior Associate

<p><strong>What does your work look like?</strong></p><br><br><br><br><p>We are looking for an experienced information security officer to design and enforce policies and procedures that protect our organization’s computing infrastructure from all forms of security breaches. You will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities and working with our IT department to resolve them, ensuring that our network and data remain secure.</p><br><br><br><br><p><strong>Your skills and responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p><br><br><br><br><p>● Engage with member firm stakeholders to assess member firm needs to make recommendations for the implementation of our security strategy.</p><br><br><p>● Documenting any security breaches and assessing their damage.</p><br><br><p>● Act as trusted advisor while providing security consultation, governance and support regarding Governance, Risk and Compliance.</p><br><br><p>● Collaborating with management and the IT department to improve security.</p><br><br><p>● Monitoring network usage to ensure compliance with security policies.</p><br><br><p>● Keeping up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats.</p><br><br><p>● Security consultation, governance, escalations, and support regarding Application Security Assurance.</p><br><br><p>● Education and coaching of local stakeholder communities regarding Application Security Assurance (Application Security Reviews, Penetration testing and Code reviews)</p><br><br><br><br><p><strong>Who are you?</strong></p><br><br><br><br><p>● Degree in computer science or a technology-related field.</p><br><br><p>● Professional information security certification.</p><br><br><p>● Previous experience in an information security role.</p><br><br><p>● Solid knowledge of various information security frameworks.</p><br><br><p>● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</p><br><br><p>● Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various security measures.</p><br><br><p>● Effective verbal and written communication skills.</p><br><br><p>● Solid understanding of technical information security risks in all of its facet</p>
