<p>• Responsible for recruiting new employees as soon as possible</p><p>• Manage the monthly payroll process.</p><p>• Keep records for attendance & calculate the absence.</p><p>• Manage all details and coordinate disciplinary discussions, terminations, and investigations.</p><p>• Prepare HR-related reports as needed.</p><p>• Handle Administrative tasks.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree</p><p>• Experience in Real Estate environment</p><p>• Experience +3 years</p><p>• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)</p><p>• Excellent communication skills</p>
