Intermediate-Level SEO Website Specialist

<p>We are seeking an entry-level SEO specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things SEO, with a desire to learn and grow in the field. The SEO specialist will work closely with our team to analyze website traffic and optimize content for search engines while maintaining on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you’ll be directly supporting our Marketing Manager and will be responsible for effectively Basic maintenance and optimization of our website for SEO, user experience, and lead generation. We’re looking for someone proactive, hungry to achieve, and excited about growing their career in real estate.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Reflect on our keyword research and analysis to identify high-value, relevant keywords – advise us on the correct keywords to use on each page&nbsp;</p><p>Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, images, and on-page content, to improve search engine rankings</p><p>Execute Technical / On Page / Off Page SEO</p><p>Monitor website traffic and search engine rankings using tools such as Google Analytics and Google/Yandex/Bing/Yahoo Search Console</p><p>Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities for optimization. Give an example in an interview of this.</p><p>Curate our already created blog content + whitepapers + general website content to be SEO friendly</p><p>Implement technical SEO optimizations, such as improving site speed, fixing broken links, and implementing schema markup</p><p>Provide regular reports on SEO performance and progress</p><p>Create keyword list&nbsp;</p><p>Create a backlinking strategy with a completion deadline</p><p>Managing our Rank Math SEO plugin</p><p>Edit our WordPress website with Elementor/visual composer</p><p>Website/developer common sense if something is not working</p><p>Managing our Cloudflare integration</p><p>General website maintenance</p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>Diploma in communications, web building or marketing</p><p>Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools, such as Google Analytics and Google/Yandex/Bing/Yahoo Search Console</p><p>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail – we cannot stress this enough!</p><p>VERY clear written and verbal English communication skills</p><p>Ability to work independently and set priorities, deadlines and manage the SEO</p><p>Desire to learn and grow in the field of SEO – willing to educate yourself</p><p>Intermediate typing skills</p><p>Strong website-building experience</p><p><br></p><p>If you are passionate about SEO and eager to start your career in digital marketing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting entry-level position.
