<p><strong>Reporting to: COO</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Develop dry bulk desk and developing new dry bulk cargoes and tonnage.</p><p>· Maximize earnings on tonnage.</p><p>· Develop strategic dry bulk cargoes that enables growth globally.</p><p>· Keep contractual and counter party risk at minimum.</p><p>· Establish/maintain internal and external relationships (customers, brokers, head owners, internal operations etc).</p><p>· Develop new trading areas and new customers.</p><p>· Great understanding of Global markets</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong>· 5-7 years’ experience with Dry Bulk Chartering, preferably within the Handy/Supramax segment</p><p>· A bachelor degree in Shipping/maritime.</p><p>· A proven performance record while optimizing business plan and earnings.</p><p>· Strong coordination and communication skills</p><p>· A self-driven mentality who always put the team first</p><p>· An outgoing personality, strong at building lasting relations</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Desired Skills and Experience:</strong></p><p>Charter, Leadership, Customer facing, Interpersonal Skills, Revenue &amp; Profit Growth, Negotiation Skills, Technical knowledge, Compliance, Self Driven, Communication Skills, Team Player, shipping vessels</p>
