<p><strong>Position Scope: </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Reporting directly to the company’s Executive management you will oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they drive sustainable development and long-term success and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. This will include implementing strategies to ensure productivity while also developing operational strategies, innovation, and plans for growth. As an experienced business/operations manager you will have mastered the skills of planning and organizing, managing transformational change, and know how to lead people effectively according to their management needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>List of Responsibilities: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.</li><li>Lead the transformation &amp; changes projects required to support business growth and diversification.</li><li>Design &amp; manage the digitization strategy.</li><li>Develop &amp; manage social media output and branding awareness strategies.</li><li>Manage HR and talent acquisition programs to meet business needs.</li><li>Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.</li><li>Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.</li><li>monitor our organization’s functions and define the metrics for each operational process and tracking for operational efficiency.</li><li>Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.</li><li>Gather, analyze, and interpret external and internal data and write reports for executive management.</li><li>Provide feedback and strategic guidance to executive management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Assess overall company performance against objectives.</li><li>Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>GROSS MONTHLY SALARY</strong>: AED 30000 – 35000 inclusive of all allowances<strong> </strong>depending on experience and qualification.</p>
