This position is a leadership position and reports directly to the CEO. Ideal candidate should have the blend of strategic thinking and operational effectiveness along with problem solving attitude. This role would be responsible to implement end to end HR strategy and policies across the organization.This role will have decision making powers to set the new standards in managing human resources, should aim to make the organization a best place to work in UAE.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Manpower Budgeting</li><li>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding</li><li>Orientation, Training &amp; Development</li><li>Performance Management System (PMS)</li><li>Attendance &amp; Payroll</li><li>Compensation &amp; Benefits</li><li>Exit</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and leading the above functions to build &amp; grow a robust HR department</li><li>Good knowledge of local laws &amp; relationship with govt entities and regulatory bodies like DHA/ MOH/ HAAD/ Labour/ Immigration</li><li>Good knowledge of&nbsp;Joint Commission International (JCI) survey compliance (SQE Chapter).</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;MBA in Human Resources</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;At Least 3+ years of relevant experience in:</p><p> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;(a)&nbsp;Dubai/ UAE/ GCC Markets</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (b) Healthcare Service Industry</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in Home Healthcare organization is preferred.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent Communication skills</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Should be highly proficient in<strong> </strong>English (Professional)</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Arabic Language will be an added advantage.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring cycle.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>COMPENSATION &amp; REWARDS:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Compensations is one of the best in the industry along with local benefits.</li><li>Attractive Reward Program</li><li>Annual Performance based bonus</li><li>Fastest career growth</li><li>Multiple training programs for skill upgrade</li><li>Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for deserving team members</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
