You’ll be the one to shape the visual for our advertising digital campaigns, promotional printing, exhibitions and more.<br><br>You will be required to <strong>capture the attention of those who see them ad communicate the right message</strong>. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate marketing requirements into design.<br><br>If you can do that well, we’d like to meet you.<br><br><strong><u>How Your Day Will Look Like<br></u></strong><ul><li>Study design briefs and determine requirements</li><li>Conceptualize visuals based on requirements</li><li>Prepare rough drafts and present ideas</li><li>Develop designs </li><li>Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic</li><li>Work with copywriters and marketing director to produce the final design</li><li>Amend designs after feedback</li><li>Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand<br></li></ul><strong><u>Requirements<br></u></strong><ul><li>Proven graphic designing experience for promotional reasons </li><li>A strong portfolio of ad banners, illustrations or other graphics</li><li>Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator,Figma, Photoshop etc)</li><li>Ability to create visuals that communicate the right message &amp; promt actions </li><li>A keen eye for aesthetic and small details</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Creative Thinking<br></li></ul><strong><u>Benefits<br></u></strong><ul><li>Competitive salary &amp; bonus opportunities</li><li>UNLIMITED room for growth and results-based pay increases – at Upgrade there’s no real ceiling to where you can go, what you can do, and what you can earn.
