Our ideal candidate has a knack for creating unforgettable events that perfectly capture the essence of our clients’ brands.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>Coordinate all event logistics, from location selection to on-site event management.</p><p>Develop project plans and oversee execution from concept to completion.</p><p>Establish relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure the highest quality service within budgetary constraints.</p><p>Collaborate with internal teams to develop event marketing strategies and promotional materials.</p><p>Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.</p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.</p><p>Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.</p><p>Excellent organizational and project management skills.</p><p>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</p><p>Ability to multitask and handle stress in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>Knowledge of the local market and event industry is a plus.</p><p>At ADINB, we cherish creativity, reward hard work, and believe in growing together.
