<p><strong>ARABIC LANGUGE its A MUST With REAL ESTATE MANAGMET COMPANIES EXP</strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>ِAmer ALGurair Real Estate Management seeking a skilled Real Estate Finance Manager to oversee financial operations related to our real estate holdings.</p><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</p><p>• Develop and manage budgets for real estate projects and properties&nbsp;</p><p>• Conduct financial analysis of real estate investments to identify areas for improvement • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders&nbsp;</p><p>• Manage financial reporting and compliance requirements, including tax reporting and audits</p><p>&nbsp;• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws related to real estate investments and holdings&nbsp;</p><p>• Develop and implement financial planning and forecasting strategies for real estate investments&nbsp;</p><p>• Monitor real estate market trends to stay informed of industry changes and opportunities</p><p>&nbsp;• Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, investors, and other financial partners&nbsp;</p><p>• Collaborate with real estate teams to evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement&nbsp;</p><p>• Provide guidance and mentorship to finance team members</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field&nbsp;</p><p>• Minimum of 7years of experience in real estate finance management&nbsp;</p><p>• Knowledge of real estate finance and investment principles&nbsp;</p><p>• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis&nbsp;</p><p>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills&nbsp;</p><p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&nbsp;</p><p>• Ability to work well under pressure</p><p>&nbsp;• Strong organizational and time management skills</p><p>&nbsp;• Experience with financial reporting and compliance requirements&nbsp;</p><p>• Excellent negotiation skills</p><p><br></p><p>Salary : 20-30 K, Depends upon experience </p><p><strong>Arabic Language is mandatory</strong></p>
