Urban Planner Engineer

<p>We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Urban Planner to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing urban planning initiatives that create vibrant and sustainable communities.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong background in urban planning and public policy, a good understanding of urban development, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement urban planning initiatives that create vibrant and sustainable communities.</li><li>Analyze and evaluate current urban planning projects.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with public and private stakeholders.</li><li>Strong knowledge in local standard, local regulation and permitting process.</li><li>Monitor and manage zoning applications, land use regulations, and urban development policies.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on urban planning issues.</li><li>Research and analyze data to inform urban planning decisions.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments to create and implement urban planning projects.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, Public Policy, or a related field</li><li>7+ years of experience in urban planning in a professional setting</li><li>Ability to think critically and analyze complex data.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills</li><li>Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, or other related software</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>If you are an experienced Urban Planner looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.</span></p>
