<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assistant to the department Director.</li><li>Collect and organize data on projects and sales offers.</li><li>Working, following up, and coordinating the project agenda and internal communication inside or outside the company, such as customers, suppliers, and service providers.</li><li>Ensure commitment to finish tasks on time. Internal follow-up with the work team.</li><li>Preparing the department meetings and writing/publishing the minutes of meetings.</li><li>Carrying out the work assigned to him by the director of his department commensurate with the job tasks.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>English language at least level 5</li><li>Saudi</li><li>Working knowledge of office software (word, excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>It is preferable to be certified in “Project Management.”</li><li>Education level Diploma. Preferably a university major in business administration/finance/ marketing.</li><li>Experience in event management is plus</li></ul>
