<p><strong>Role Purpose</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Sales Manager – Modern Trade is responsible for sales in MT channels in UAE and KSA, that includes planning sales by customer by country, coverage by customer by country, MSL by customer, customer relationship and collection. Moreover, submitting reports to management on timely manner (Sales and coverage by customer by country) and reporting any relevant issues in the channel / country.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Responsibility to manage Modern Trade</li><li>Prepare customer wise, brand wise monthly target, conduct business reviews & create opportunities.</li><li>Ability to exceed sales target & monthly coverage target on regular basis.</li><li>Ability to build the business plan for Next 24 months for key business partners.</li><li>Regular visits to all the customers as per journey plan.</li><li>Route ride with sales team to understand the ground level execution.</li><li>Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.</li><li>Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or any related field.</li><li>At least 8 years of experience in sales and account management field</li><li>MSO fluent (Excel, word and PP)</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic</li><li>Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.</li><li>Experience in MT</li><li>Experience in consumables and vitamins is a plus.</li></ul>
