Job Description
<p><strong>Position Summary</strong>: Responsible for processing all aspects of payroll, including managing company budgets and expenses, Must work closely with different departments to increase performance and ensure smooth operations.</p><p><strong>Principal Duties</strong>:</p><ul><li>Preparing & Calculating Timesheets, deductions, Overtime with accuracy with the higher management approval.</li><li>Entering data into database.</li><li>Prepare Pay Checks to ensure that employees are paid on time.</li><li>Maintain & save the records & report to the upper management.</li><li>Prepares follow-up for Stop Payment requests, manual check requests, and associated system updates.</li><li>Preparing and processing multiple payrolls</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>: Bachelor in Commerce or related Field.</p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Accuracy and attention to detail,</li><li>Proficiency MS office skills and abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of standard office equipment and software including Google Docs, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, and ability and willingness to learn new proprietary applications as required.</li><li>Payroll Software – Oracle.</li><li>Payroll Tax knowledge, Labor Law.</li><li>Human Resources principles and Information software.</li><li>Mathematical aptitude.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & Arabic.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices..</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Information:</strong></p><ul><li>MUST BE SAUDI</li><li>Work location: Dammam</li></ul>
